Maintain your weight and exercise

Exercising daily for about half an hour or so is a must for everyone, this has seen to reduce the cases of both breast and colon cancer. Keeping a higher metabolic rate with normal weight limit resolves many health issues may it be cancer, joint problems, hypertension or diabetes. A weight control can ease things to a better tomorrow. Being overweight for obvious reasons predisposes to a variety of cancer including endometrial, breast, colon, renal and food pipe. Exercising not only stimulates a feel good pump keeping you healthy and happy each time.

Give up smoking

According to research about 90 percent of lung cancer cases report a positive history of heavy smoking. Tobacco may be pleasurable for a while but its breath taking destiny can squeeze all the joy instantly. The price is heavy to pay. There may be times when a person not only suffers himself / herself but also make the near ones prone too. Passive smoking has also proved hazardous leaving many at the prey of disorders like asthma, other respiratory disorders and even cancer. Love yourself and your family giving them a tobacco free niche.

 

Don’t feel shy to get investigated

If you have a family history of carcinoma and age more than 60 years then getting a regular check is no harm. Cancer is one disorder that sips in quietly and is noticeable at an advanced stage leaving no scope what so ever. Getting a mammogram or ultra sound is no shame just a measure to act wise.

Avoid too much aspirin

Aspirin is reportedly responsible to cause peptic ulcers and cancer thereafter. All those prone should never indulge to frequently use aspirin without any medical guidance.

Stay away from too much sedation / alcohol

Alcohol has proved to cause hepatic, oral, mammary and oesophageal carcinomas. Staying away with occasional involvement is the key

Go natural

Leaving up on the processed and preserved food is an intelligent move. These chemical based foods if used for long can surely turn things ugly. Too much salted, smoked meat, pickles, preserved fish, juices and fruits are a complete no. Go for natural, fresh and nutrient rich balanced diet.

The above is a small step to a disease free life. The steps are easy to follow with no hassles. Say yes to life and turn back to cancer.
